Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.   

Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization number (RA#).
Package Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) and include the original packing slip and RA#.
Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer support team. Please use a trackable shipping method.
Process Your Return: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.

Refund Policy

Eligible Returns: For eligible returns, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item(s), minus a restock fee of $59.99.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Scanners, keyboards, monitors, and printer orders are eligible for free FedEx Ground shipping (3-5 business days) when the order total is $200.00 and over (before tax and shipping). RentScan, consumables, options, packaging and spare parts products are not eligible for free shipping. Service and PaperStream Software are not shipped.
