Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.   

 

Return Process

• Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization number (RA#).
• Package Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) and include the original packing slip and RA#.
• Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer support team. Please use a trackable shipping method.
• Process Your Return: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.

 

Refund Policy

• Eligible Returns: For eligible returns, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item(s), minus a restock fee of $59.99.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

Exceptions

Certain items, such as personalized or custom products, may not be eligible for return. Please contact our customer support team for specific information.

Shipping Addresses
All items within an order will ship to a single address in the 50 United States. We cannot ship to a destination outside the United States, PO Box, or private mailbox (PMB). Canadian customers: please visit Shop Xerox Canada.

 

Multiple orders are required to ship items to multiple addresses. For each new shipping address, you must enter billing information, even if it is the same as for the previous address. This is a security precaution to protect against misuse of your account.

 

Delivery Timeframe

 

In stock items will generally deliver within the following timeframes:

 

Orders placed before 1:15pm EST:

• Rush: Arrives in 1 business day
• Expedited: Arrives in 2 business days
• Standard: Arrives in 3–7 business days

Orders placed after 1:15pm EST:

• Rush: Arrives in 2 business day
• Expedited: Arrives in 3 business days
• Standard: Arrives in 3–7 business days

Some orders qualify for late shipment cutoff times. If your order is urgent, you may wish to place your order by phone (866-761-1255) to ensure your order ships the same day the order is placed.

 

Delivery timeframe is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee.

All orders are subject to review.

 

An order placed before the cutoff time may not ship the same day, if the order is held for review. Orders held for review will only be released on business days, excluding holidays.

 

Backorder items will ship when inventory becomes available. You will not be charged until the order has shipped. Your items will ship via the shipping method chosen during checkout.

Orders that exceed 150 pounds require a signature for delivery.
